Rory Kinsella teaches Vedic Meditation in Sydney. Coming from a media background as a former journalist he is committed to making meditation as accessible and understandable as possible. He believes that in four 90-minute sessions, anyone can gain the skills, confidence and motivation to meditate regularly on their own and gain all the benefits that come with it. Being a great meditator is not about having any natural abilities, it's just about sitting down to meditate regularly. The best way to find out more is to come along to a one-hour intro talk.

Learn to meditate course – Bondi Junction

Saturday: one hour One-on-one by appointment

One hour, one-on-one session at a time of your choice where you will be given your mantra and taught the procedure of meditation. This sessions are available from 8am to 5pm on a first come, first served basis.

3 x group sessions

Three sessions where you will learn the fundamentals of the meditation technique, how the mind and body release stress and tension through meditation, how to get the most from your practice and how to develop it. Over these sessions you will gain the skills and confidence to practise meditation on your own and bring its many benefits into your life.  

Sunday: 2.30-4pm

Monday: 6.30-8pm

Tuesday: 6.30-8pm

Courses take place at The Little Space on Oxford Street in Bondi Junction.

The first step in learning to meditate is to attend a one-hour intro talk where you can learn about the benefits of meditation and see whether it could help you.
