31. On-going meditation practice 2

The final instalment of this course, but hopefully not the last you will see of meditation. Hopefully you will have enjoyed many of your experiences and learned that the less enjoyable ones are still beneficial. By turning your attention inwards each day you're able to let off steam and relax. This new way to relax will mean that you're less likely to need alcohol to unwind and can happily enjoy people's company without dulling your senses. This last meditation, along with yesterday's, has been design for you to enjoy again and again.
