30. On-going meditation practice 1

In this the second last lesson of the course, you will get a pared back guided meditation that you can return to again and again. Just because the month is coming to a close it doesn't mean it's time to stop meditating. Continuing a regular practice will bring you many continuing benefits both mentally and physically and help you manage your alcohol intake over time.
