Rory Kinsella teaches Vedic Meditation in Sydney. Coming from a media background as a former journalist he is committed to making meditation as accessible and understandable as possible. He believes that in four 90-minute sessions, anyone can gain the skills, confidence and motivation to meditate regularly on their own and gain all the benefits that come with it. Being a great meditator is not about having any natural abilities, it's just about sitting down to meditate regularly.
